Where are practice schedules?
Practice schedules are not yet available. The process is to first complete the registration process, second to figure out how many kids signed up, third is to form teams, last is to create the practice & game schedules. Please note that we are dependent on gym availability so from week to week our gym space changes. We are not like outdoor youth sports that have a designated outdoor area that does not change from week to week. Because of this, it takes more time to create the schedules as we work with the school to obtain approval from each school's office to use the space for each day and time.
Why have I not heard anything?
When the registration period is underway, there are no communications from the league. This webpage is the best place to obtain information during this time. Please also know that we did not run a "basketball office" and do not have paid employees. Volunteers update this page, send emails, collect registrations, deposit checks, etc. So picture your current life and then add one of those responsibilities to your plate...you probably would work on those things in the nights and weekends or when you can find time in your busy days. That is exactly how a volunteer youth organization runs. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to have another great season!
