Serving Solanco for over 25 years, Solanco Youth Basketball provides fun and developmental focused basketball to youth in the Solanco School District. We have leagues available for grades K - 9th grade and average 300 players each season.

Upcoming event: SYB Recognition Night for all SYB boys teams will he at the high school varsity game this Tuesday, January 20th. All SYB teams should wear their team shirts and sit in the bleachers BEHIND THE HOME TEAM BENCH. Be in your seats by 7:15pm.

2025/2026 Winter Season Updates:
SYB Foul Shooting Contest
Saturday, March 7th SYB will host a foul shooting contest for boys and girls grades 4-9. The event will be held in the new gym ay Solanco High School. Times are as follows:
Boys 7th - 9th Grade Boys: 8:00 AM - 9:15 AM (awards @ halftime of D3 Boys approx. 9:30)
Boys 4th – 6th Grade: 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM (awards @ halftime of D3 Boys approx. 11:00)
Girls 4th – 8th Grade 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM (awards @ halftime of D3 Boys approx. 11:00)
Shooters will raise funds to support the Chad McDowell Solanco Youth Basketball Scholarship Fund.
Awards Include:
Participants who collect $10-$19 in donations will receive a Solanco Mule Lanyard.
Participants who collect $20-$29 in donations will receive a Solanco Mule drawstring bag.
Participants who collect $30-$54 in donations will receive an SYB t-shirt (long or short sleeve)
Participants who collect $55-$69 in donations will receive an SYB hoodie sweatshirt.
Participants who collect $70 or more in donations will receive an indoor/outdoor basketball.
Forms and checks/cash must be handed in to your coach by February 28th.
